Finnial's evolution and a dragonair-shelgon-gabitey sort of thing. Like finnial, it likes to get itself hit by lightning. The lightning courses through its body and fills it with a great deal of energy, strengthening its attacks and allowing it to run with great speed--a lightning-charged termelc is nearly impossible to catch.
