Great work. Love the look of confidence on her face. I disliked the way Umah was portrayed in BO2, because she seemed like just a piece of meat for the fanboys to oggle over, but here she seems like a strong character (who happens to enjoy being sexy).

It is possible she had not manifested one yet. Considering she was planned to appear human in Defiance. Sense she did not it is likely she'd have made a appearance after after those events. Either way, by the time of Blood omen 2, she'd still be rather young by vampire standards.

Nicely done! I feel Umah was a vital part of the series and if nothing else a important piece of Kains character growth. It is good to see her getting a art worthy of her... No offence to anyone else who painted those other paintings before this one.

she was hardly vital she was a supporting character in one game literally one game and that's it. raziel was waaaay more vital than her raziel had the most growth on kain so stop being a fanboy. jesus you act like she the most important character in the entire series.

He is right.
Her 'suppose' betrayal is what made Kain bitter and turn him from that "I am unstoppable conqueror" from Blood Omens to Soul Reaver's "Fate, Fate, Fate", it was that realization of his own mistake , when Sarafan Lord told him that made this happen.
He even ponder this(and other things) in Defiance when you come to pillars - "I could restore the Nosghoth, but i can't never give it back its innocents".
Raziel was nothing but Kain's lap dog, the same like the rest of his Sarafan brothers. After that Raziel became lap dog of Elder God, then of Moebius(and Elder God), then of Janos(through Vorador), and so on... Raziel was whole the time a pawn, except that one final moment in defiance.

Hm... someone is antsy I see? I don't ever recall saying she was more vital to Kain than Raziel? However it was clear he had affection for Umah and we saw a new side of him the way he acted around her. I was merely saying I liked the character and the role she served in the overarching story and there is not enough art of her out there.

Beautiful! I've always liked Umah, she's one sexy vampire. The Legacy of Kain series (namely Soul Reaver) is one of my all time favorite games.
