Let me just point put that I say that with Batman being my all time favorite superhero. But to deny his flaws is to ignore everything that makes his character interesting. Him and Diana just can't exist in the same world. Their beliefs are just too different. Diana to be a hero through loss the same way Bruce was. She always wanted to do what she does now since she was a child. Bruce just wanted to be a kid, but that all that was ripped away from him.
Selina shares Bruce's pain. His heartbreak. She presents a challenge for Batman to change her, and Bruce presents an option for Selina to change herself.

I mean, it's not that I despise BatCat. In fact, in some stories, they are written really well together. I don't despise the pairing as much as I despise Superman and Wonder Woman together as a couple. Those two together is by far the WORST pairing in comic book history. I mean it when I say that. NUMBER ONE WORST PAIRING EVER. However, with BatCat, it seems kind of boring. Truthfully, I never even knew that Catwoman had a similar backstory. All I heard was that she was a prostitute who saw Batman, put on a dominatrix costume (Seriously, do the writers design this because it's their fetish or something??) and then tried to take him down. However, they started from enemies to on/off Ross/Rachel pairing. The reason I feel that Batman and Wonder Woman are the perfect pairing is because I agree with the idea that WonderBat should´t be a kind of therapy for Bruce. That he is able to have a healthy relationship with a person like Diana shows that he is more than just the cliche broken and depressed hero. That he is motivated by compassion and not just vengeance. Also, it emphasizes that he is a hero that thinks beyond Gotham. Unlike most other characters he felt in love with Diana is not a Gotham based character. She travels the world and is a core member of the Justice League. With her at his side he can´t just hide in the batcave and wait for Joker to break out of Arkham. He would have to be adventurous and see more of the world. It is always refreshing when he is depicted like that in my opinion, when writers do not make him repeat the same stories over and over again.
Of course there is also Diana herself. She sort of sticks out among all other women in the dcu. Not because of her powers, but because of her inner strength. Her love and understanding for mankind. Her relationship with Bruce would be a loyal and stable one. Unlike other women she doesn´t pose a threat to Bruce. She is remarkably uncomplicated. Catwoman always will remain a thief, Zatanna mindwiped him, Vickie is a Journalist and a threat to his secret identiy. Only with Diana he can truly be himself because they share the same values. Their relationship would be good for both. You can sort of see the same thing with Clark and Lois now that I think about it. They just support each other perfectly and that is what makes them such a great match.
Eventually Lois and Clark where even able to have a kid. I doubt it will ever come to this with Diana and Bruce, which is rather tragic, but more of a sign that Dc does not dare enough than an argument against this pairing. Clark has the avantage that he shares a long history with Lois, WonderBat sadly can´t be traced back right to the first appearance of these characters. It took longer for them to find each other, but this also means that their relationship is new and interesting to explore compared to the traditional status quo that Dc is sometimes overly obsessed with.

Fair enough, but Superman and Wonder Woman are nowhere NEAR some of the worst pairings in the comics. The incsestual relationship of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in the Ultimatums 3 for example. Or Ms./Captain Marvel and her son/her former rapist. Or Supergirl and a horse.

Wait, Quicksilver x Scarlet Witch? That actually became a thing? Oh my gosh. I always thought Superman x Wonder Woman was disgusting because they are basically siblings. However, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are LITERALLY siblings! That is way too far! Okay fine. Superman x Wonder Woman is in the Top 5 worst pairings ever now. Jesus! Also, since when did Supergirl get boned by a horse? And when did Ms Marvel get paired with her OWN SON and rapist?

Respectfully, I have never thought of Superman and Wonder Woman being anything close siblings, or even a relationship akin to that (is it because their powers are almost the same?).
The Supergirl and a horse thing happened during the silver age, when logic in comics took a backseat.
I think you'll be happy to know that the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver thing only happened in the Ultimate universe. As for why, that I can't say.
The Carol and her son/rapist happened in the infamous issue Avengers #200.

The reason I think of Supes and Wondy as siblings yeah, they do have similar powers. They are both powerfully strong, they are worshiped as gods and they both wear a similar color code. The most forced way they have been paired was in the New 52 (Which I still despise).
Superman: You're strong.
Wonder Woman: I know.
Superman: I'm strong too.
Wonder Woman: Um... okay?
Superman: Wanna bang each other?
Wonder Woman: *Sigh* Fine.
Yeah. I mostly hated the Ultimate Comics for what they did to the Green Goblin.

Okay, slow the trolley up, boi. As much as I dislike Superman and Double Dubs being together, it's nowhere near the worst pairing in comic book history. Seriously, for that look no further than Bruce Timm's messed up BabsxBats romance. Which is canon in DCAU which is also where WonderBat got its start for the majority of its supporters. So... Thing about that. While Bruce is off dancing with Diana in JLU, he's also going back to Gotham and dating his adopted son's girlfriend and getting her pregnant. Yeah, that sounds like a truly WONDERful romance.
Okay, now a couple other issues that I personally have with your theories. Bruce has the Justice League to demonstrate he cares about more than Gotham. How does having a relationship with a foreign woman show that he is a man who doesn't only care about a few square miles? Seriously, if that's all he needs to get some international appeal then dating a world-famous cat burglar should qualify too? Or maybe he can have a three-way with Fire and Ice? Or you know, go back to the leggy Asian/Arabic Assassin that he fathered a kid with?
Also, how can you diss Vicki for being a journalist but praise Lois? In the same breath, no less. News flash: They have the same occupation.
Okay, now look, seriously. You are free to ship what you want and how you want. Give others the same courtesy and please try not to take this stuff too seriously, but if you must do that go elsewhere. Earth-27 was created for a grieving father to work through his emotions at the loss of his son. It was not created so that the creations inspired by that deeply emotional tragedy could be the subject of such petty arguments.

Hey, that's enough of that! No need for that kind of language. You stated your opinion. drawntogetha4ever stated his. That's all that happened. You were not attacked or belittled so let's remain hospitable here.

Though there is a question related to Selina that I've been wondering for a while (I have this question before, but you didn't respond, and I wanted to wait an appropriate amount of time to ask a second time) will Selina have a connection to Eiko Hasigawa?

In your opinion, but even Batman admits that it would never work out between both him and Diana.

Except my opinion is the canon opinion. Batman and Wonder Woman bring out the best in each other. When Batman is with Wonder Woman, he doesn't act like a depressed emo who enjoys scaring everybody off. When Wonder Woman is with Batman, she acts more human. Also, marble scraping steel makes a horrible sound. Plus, their outfits don't match.

Opinions are opinions, not fact nor "canon".
Let him ship what he wants, and he'll let you ship what you want. But please, don't try to force your ship upon others. Don't bring the shipping wars to 's and 's beautiful creations.

Don't mind Daviddv1202 since he doesn't want to admit that he's wrong on so many levels, especially since both Batman and Catwoman are officially tying the knot according to Batman Rebirth #32.

I like this suit. Given she's supposed to be a thief, I never understood why she didn't have a utility belt until Anne Hathaway played her.
