and it's a modified version of the brush tool
the minimum size is on 50%, density 100 with blending+Dilution+Persistence all on 0 (it works really well with pressure sensitivity ;7
(speaking of which amg do you have a pixiv? ;7; I can send you a link to the artist who I got the brush settings from ;7; )
