Sadly if they did us Westerners wouldn't get it. XD Playboy has an iron clad copyright on the bunnygirl suit, and they enforce it HARD. Japan gets away with it because they have loose copyright laws.
That's why you see bunnygirls in anime all over the place yet never see them in western comics or animation sadly. :/

Yeah, though its a tough tightrope. Without copyright a lot of smaller-business creators could be robbed blind (creatively) but then Bigger businesses use it to stamp out fun things (like the bunnygirl suit or pretty much any Abridged series or review series on Youtube) =/
