I meant the face looked like it was wearing a rusted mask. It was probably just that it looked very real, with the shadows and texture. Great work

This is outsanding! I like this allot because I like realizm and this has it. I think you did a great job on making the rusted metal look like a mask. I disagree with Enfero in saying that this is not original, yes rust on face has been done before but not like this and not this good. I looked at his gallery and everything he has is not original lol. A fav for you.

Maybe if you continued working from here to create something more unique, it would look much better. Like using it as a surface or housing for something, I think you get my point.
Rust textures on a face isn't very creative imo. It might have taken a while to work out to get the detailed look, sure, but I can't say I like it, sorry.

This is just great. I'm pulling apart the image in my head and imagining just how you did it. The detail is superb and while the layering is probably a bit simpler to do than some might think, the effect is wonderful. Great job.

the croping is the cutting of the photo, the best way to get the wanted expression by cutting the photo!

mooi mooi, zoals'k al zei.. doet me denken aan affiche van phantom of the opera.. dunno why. Kan ook wel iets anders zijn, 'k herinner mij ooit eens een boek te hebben gelezen over een toneelstuk over een verminkte man die altijd een masker droeg en nooit buitenkwam, da kan het ook wel geweest zijn.
