My third completed entry for Capcom's FINISH ME Design Contest for Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition [link]This is Ibuki, a girl who lives a double-life as a highschool student and a kunoichi.
Was going for a watery theme. It was inspired by Capcom's upcoming game Street Fighter x Tekken, which replaces Street Fighter IV's ink blot theme with water. Please enjoy.
