Well Yeah the purple hands bcz like his hadoken is well purply in the game
dragon i dunno why bcz it jst looks kool n fits with akuma for me
the chinese or something writing on the top right is the symbol akuma has on his back
and the white thingys around him is jst like bcz his jumping and its the air pushing passed him
