First of all, I'm just gonna say that I think this piece is awesome!! I like how Simba is off to the side of the image, instead of right in the middle.... it's more eye-catching that way. The use of colors is good, but I would suggest making the grass a little more varied. Like lighter on the light parts and slightly darker on the dark parts so that there is more contrast. Also, I understand you wanted to make Simba look like he's sneaking up, but I would have loved to see more of that playful expression in his eyes! It just seems to be too hidden in the grass. It's seriously adorable though! I really love Simba's posture and pose the way you drew him. And the darker grass right there in the foreground really adds to the fact that he's nestled in the field there ready to pounce!! It gives this picture excellent depth! So yeah, that's the only two things I can think of. More contrast in the grass color, and show more of Simba's eyes. The drawing as a whole is just so cute! Great job, Yuma! His eyes are a little small and it would be be best to angle the back side a little differently, it looks like he's turning a bit. Sorry, I didn't want to use the critique button because I don't have a lot to say ^^* Everything else is awesome~
