Burnix is the power of darkness and fire, basically the control of something that's usually evil, and it's use for good. A fairy earns Burnix by triumphing over evil by using something usually considered evil, or by helping an evil person. Or getting help from him. Bloom would have earned it when she spared Valtor's life. It can be earned anytime after Enchantix and Believix, Lovix, or Sophix can be switched out for Burnix when necessary.
Yes she does have wings, but instead of butterfly wings she has moth-wings so they're flat against her back, I might do a picture to show them.
