Mom once had me eat one plain. I didn't like it...
ideas: lasagna, Marinara, salads, omelette, sandwich, Baked Parmesan Tomatoes, pizza, Summer Gazpacho, and tomato basil soup which can go amazing with a grilled cheese sandwich with a tomato in it.
