I GOT IT DONE MEWY, HAPPY?!-falls over-
XD This is for ~mewy 's project 18....
I had several different ideas for it at the beginning... and scrapped all of em. Well not really scrapped... more like decided not to make them for her project 18 cause I was either not done with em or I didn't think it was appropriate for gift art.
In the end I asked her what she wanted for it (even though she said in her journal she didn't care). I ended up with:
"Flowers..... Ankoku..... Link...... a random guy in a purple thong... iunno, ANYTHING."
I opted to do it all. 8D
So here we have Ankoku and Link who have just sparred a bit in a field of flowers... as for the man in the purple thong....
Lol, Mewy and Sy both begged me to make him hot... I told em I would roll a d20 to see what he'd be on a scale of 1-20, 10 being average... I rolled a 6... then a 3. XD!
Also, this is my first time doing an anime screenshot type of thing... I think it turned out pretty good.
I refferred to 's tutorial to find out how to do it.

Link would have to drink a potion, there's no two ways about it. Ankoku would be so unimpressed with his green boyish self ('till she actually attacked, anyway) and she would lay his ass flat at LEAST once.
Actually it's really amusing to think about Ankoku as a game boss. What would her attack pattern be? First stage? Second stage? What happens when she's defeated? She IS one of the Big G's underlings, after all.
Thank you, so very much, for mostly hiding the purple thong dude among the flowers. gaaah.
As to the anime thing -- my brain is trying to tell me that Link should be a little more to the right and a little more cut off, and Ankoku could take up a bit more of the space on the left. In anime they often show you just enough of the back-turned character to make a solid identification, but the focus is really on the person they're facing. And something about the camera angle is odd.
I mention these things only because you had the Advanced Critique option turned on, though.

Hmm Ankoku WOULD make a good game boss, but when she got reborn (with all her memories naturally) she figured she had to turn around and do something right with her life since the Goddesses pitted her in Hyrule...AGAIN. She's actually pretty nice unless you piss her off... X3
But as far as fighting styles go, she'd just be her normal self, but if it got to the second stage she'd be using her dark world powers. Which involves a lot of disappearing and reappearing... it wouldn't be fair if she pulled him into the dark world (Since he'd either be a pink bunny or a wolf against her Keaton.) And she probably wouldn't die like all the other monsters XD she'd just be like... Well...I gotta go now... See ya!! *shadows away*

~darquenaut 's writing style is rather dark (that suits, I guess) so Ankoku always came off as quite....cranky. It'll be neat to see how she behaves with her original creator at the wheel.
I absolutely HATE teleporting/disappearing bosses. ARGH.
Actually, I'd think she'd be one of those that stands up and says, well OK then, go on ahead, hero-boy! when she's defeated. Or she'd be "freed" from Ganon's influence. That's only if it's Link doing the defeating, of course, and I'm sure he'd have to have the Master Sword.

Oh I can mimic Dar's style, and I absorbed his Ankoku into Ankoku's past and personality... She can still be cranky, but she also has a nicer side... X3 But I'm pretty sure she'll take the Path seriously... And she's in it ONLY to kill Eber... So she's going to tell the challengers that face her that she does not want to kill them, but if they keep her from her goal... well it's not so hard to take a life... X3
