It took me about an hour, considering it's the first time I've done this kind of animation.
At first it goes to 12 frames per second, but at the moment it says "Hi!" it goes to 24 frames per second.

Lel, I think you would make a good cartoonist/animator, just keep practicing and I'm pretty sure you and your animations will get better! (I love your art and how many years have you start drawing? Looks better than mine, lol.)

About how long I've been drawing. I drew a lot when I was a child, but I stopped drawing when I became a teenager. But now that I became a young adult, my desire to draw and create things returned despite the fact that I clearly lost the practice, but now I take it more seriously, and study drawing and anatomy techniques every time I can. That's why I take so long to make a comic page, I'm still pretty newbie.
So you could say that I RE-started drawing like... a year ago.

Well, it's that and because I have other duties like the studies that Recently are taking me away all the time. but soon I will be free to continue with the comic.
