Yes ofcourse. even the techpriests use gaffatape in the field. ''Its just imperial guards. Lets gaffatape it up and pretend we did a long hard high-tech work''. And the orkz probably likes gaffatape. Easier to paint read whit a fine layer off hundreds of gaffatapes.
