Description Tibet was an ancient country, the size of western Europe when it was invaded by the People’s Liberation Army. A place with a unique culture, history and identity, Tibet has been changed dramatically by the Chinese invasion. This has not only claimed many lives and cost its people the freedom to practice their culture, religion and language as they wish, but has also seen a calculated process put into place by which Tibetan culture is gradually and finally eradicated.

Free Tibet stands for the right of Tibetans to determine their own future. In this piece I have created an abstract type treatment using these meaningful words. It is a colourful yet powerful artwork to demonstrate the campaign. It is about an end to the Chinese occupation of Tibet and for the fundamental human rights of Tibetans to be respected. Hopefully it might strike a chord and make people aware of the issues surrounding Tibet and its culture.

This will also be featured in the DATA book.

china took away these practices because loads of people were dying from them.
giving tibet back would mean to continue countless Innocent lives to die.
you certainly dont know the whole story.

If you think that people should die for no reason, i respect your thoughts.
Your ignorance is caused by propaganda, so i dont blame you. Just don't believe everything you hear on the news please.

oh and btw, dhondup wangchen is In one of those LAOGAIs i mentioned.

Laogais are labor camps where prisoners work for no pay and in horrible conditions (Slave labor essentially). These Laogais are where quite a few of the 'made in china' products are created.
if you want to see a Short documentary on LAOGAI go here:

what practices are you talking about? and what do you mean giving tibet back would lead to death of "countless innocent lives" ??

tibetans inside and outside tibet have been fighting for their rights and freedom through peaceful protests for over 50 years. are you saying that all the tibetans that are being tortured in LAOGAI and all the recent self immolations are lies?? are you saying that tibetans all over the world want tibet back so that they can kill themselves??

Dhondup Wangchen a tibetan filmmaker has been in prison (since 2008) for filming the opinions of tibetans inside tibet.

please elaborate on how supporting a free tibet through non-violence means supporting death of people "for no reason" ??
stop spreading your lies, filth and propaganda on the internet please.

This is pretty cool and definitely makes a bold statement, however I don't understand why you don't credit the stock in your piece nor your description, and clearly haven't assisted anyone in finding it or its creator.

You have a great gallery nonetheless, I just don't see why the stock that was used is seemingly absent.

Stock is personally created, not from any stock website or anything.

May I ask what program(s) you used to make those splash renders? I've been looking for technique to make similar for a long time without any luck.
