I use blur filter and masking the unwanted area.. then fixed'em up with patch tools and friend

well, its a basic retouch... i mean, we do color correction the image first...the rest we play with the shadow & highlight in picture..

thank you... well, in theory the result lil bit same (potraiture photography). but the manual process will produce more good result, becoz we know exactly the every inch of tonal skin
