Oh yes!! Taggerung is up in my top 3 favorite Redwall books. <3Β TheΒ scene right in the beginning where his father is killed in cold blood always hits meΒ from how it's written,Β and I really like the different conceptΒ Brian went with of a Redwaller being raised by 'vermin'. :3

The only "Redwall" style book I've read is Tailchaser's Song by Tad Williams. Very good book.

Beautiful work! I especially like the detailing on his fur and tattoos, and the way you've varied the blue in the stone to give it that translucent look. Though I might be biased, since this was always my favourite of the books.

That was an amazing book, one of my favorites actually. And this drawing is just as amazing. It's wonderfully detailed, especially the fur. Those brush strokes are perfect if you ask me. It's colored well, and is worthy of being an actual book cover. I also love the background. The mixture of blue and purple is very pretty and the splatter effect is very fitting.
