Why are the two continents' positions reversed?

MrJmZack is correct. Just fun to make the map a bit different than we are used to see it and the focus was not so much on being true to lore as trying out Incarnate. But I suppose there should be lots of more ocean and possibly land (New Hyrule) between the continents.

I suspect that, in this concept's case, they are the only continents: we're used to seeing Eastern Hyrule to the east, much like many projections of Earth show the Atlantic in the centre. But those who place the Pacific at centre are still accurate. The same applies to this iteration, I believe.

Nice job on this! I just made my first map in Inkarnate yesterday; I really like your Photoshop additions like the Hyrule banner and all the edging and border work. I'm definitely going to try and replicate a few of your techniques here.
