Ya know... She reminds me of Bubblon, Bobblon, and those other "bubble dragons" the more I look at her. Is this intentional?

Yes and no. When I was a kid I used to draw a lot of weird mini-dragon characters that were heavily inspired by a lot of characters I saw in video games (like Fygar from Dig Dug, Bowser from Mario, and Bub and Bob from Bubble Bobble). This is where the Bantam Dragon race that appears in my current comics came from.
I can only imagine the same inspirations subconsciencly inspired me in this case too.
