The clone tool was used extensively but it was more as a blending tool that a replacement tool. The picture was done mostly with cut, paste and blend.

Yes, copy, paste, flip vertical, distort, bend and reshape so as not to look like a repeat. It was actually the easiest part in the chop. I understand your interest though, that is one pretty pair of panties!
