I've noticed your shading technique is more subtle and blended now. I'm impressed. What digital brush had you been using for that "shine" effect you gave the characters?

White airbrush at very low opacity.

Thanks, that's what I suspected. I've only messed around with hard edged brushes so far. I haven't yet mastered the art of highlighting.

I used to do that, changing to the airbrush helped with my blending. I still use the hard edge to start my shading but blend with the airbrush.
