...dude... why did you get lazy inking the toes on the close up?!... not cool... and i hate those legs... but you already know that... i do like the second panel though...
...as far as solutions... for the giant leg... dont have it cutting into the top panel... i think it would be better if it went under it...
...for the "brother" panel... try adding grey blur around all the lines to show its an emotional moment...

oh i know, i changed the legs for the concept drawing. n_n;; actually, therw is a concept of those particular looking legs, but it was jsut one sketch compared to the others you like.

She doesn't have an incredible sense of motion in the top two panels, adding some speed lines might help give her a more franticly moving/cramped feeling.

Definitely black for both the top panels, a negative white would dilute the wonderfully ominous inky blackness in the top right panel.
