i ahte converting a file to JPEG. it totally makes colored ones get reduced to utter poo.... *sigh* -_- wiating for easter so's my vocabulary can go back to it's lovable self.

anywyas!! i played around with PS 7 even more. yes, i'm that bored. this was drawn and inked by hand. but was LARGELY spent time on coloring in teh computer, so i put it as digital art. it took a while to get the colors right. i went from Seline's black and gray, to all black, to the purple and black, and then i remembered- i'm doing Tim Sale's version of Catwoman!!

now, Tim Sale is a slightly different artist. but i find that he is the PERFECT BATMAN ARTIST. his style totally fits the gritty, dark, nasty side of Gotham. none of that face carved by angel's stuff that jim lee draws (my goodness, i love jim lee though. he draws x-men perfectly in my opinion) batman's a normal guy. he's just as dirty as us, onyl way buffer and smarter. Gotham is down and dirty, not prim and clean like Metropolis.

polus i lvoed tim sale's work the most on the Long Halloween. i think that story beat's Hush's still. SHUT UP, IT DOES.

my favorite catwoman. not my favorite Catwoman costumes but my favorite Catwoman. she's so sassy, she was quite a fighter too. she didn't need a bull whip at all,she was more catty back then, depending on only her claws and agility. the only thing i left out were the whiskas, but they made her look more like a rat in my opinion. the costume was all one peice, save for the pink gloves. but she wore lots of bracelets. with all that jingly, how'd she ever neak around the place?

i got lazy with the clean up, be quiet. i rarely color.

** what i did liek about this costume (although it's kidna wierd) is that with this costume. Catwoman moved her tail and ears according to her mood. n_n really kinda cute to see her ears pressed back when Batman's yelling at her.
