this was a sketch i did on the computer, where i experimented with the pen tool. i use the pen tool in illustrator for my graphic designs class, and i hate it. i tried it on photoshop, and i hate it even more. fuck that pen tool.and i played with the hair. i like the outcome, though now blossom looks like the phoenix or magma. XD
and this is 's version of Blossom from the power puff girls. i love his versions. this was supposed to be buttercup at first, but then i figured she looked too nice. so i tried to go for blossom contemplating, looking at the ribbon she used to tie her hair with.
i was asking permission to draw his character, Grim, and drew this waiting for a response.
EDIT::: colored some of her clothes in, added orange glow. darkened and diffused a bit.

and the eyes look kewl too, the glowyness on the mostly same reddish bg is a nice affect ^.^
and i gotta agree, the pen tool is teh devil! i much prefer drawing things by hand xD

i mainly used the pen tool for her face before i gave up. XD maybe i'll lvoe it.... i WAS loving it, till it became extremely difficult for me. -_-;;

some people post what they have, then edit the picture with the finished, so you can sorta see the steps they went through. there's not gonna be two pics of this.
