Finally finished! (Her hair gave me a headache. Blonde is SO much harder to draw then brunette) 9 by 12 graphite drawing of Marilyn Monroe NOTE- On the actual drawing, the background is VERY dark grey, but on here it looks black. It is all pencil, even though it looks too dark to be.Related content

Yes, it is 100% a drawing, even the background. I used a 6b graphite pencil to make it as dark as possible. Thank you

This is a drawing? It looks like an old photo that was fixed up as much as it could be.
The hair may have given you a headache but it looks beautiful. I love that you used a
black background for this drawing! It really gives this as I said a photographic quality.

I like the contrast and you did a good job with her hair. Blonde hair
is more difficult to draw.
