This is really pretty - looks like watercolors to me.
This image shows an evolution in style and technique like I wouldnt believe. Especially those hands, and the way you did the hair, which is very unique.
I would suggest the next step of looking into realism and trying real-life obvervations of people. Especially ehrn it comes to lips.
