I’m so happy you guys were so upset about Danny’s parents last week! Look at ya’ll go, ready to throw hands with Matoka and Allister. It truly has been on sight since I first drew those guys. Sorry I ruined the “hoenn parents are kinda aiight, actually” trend ;;u;

Speaking of Danny. GOD I just. I will take any breadcrumb of catharsis at this point, and this scene gave me the whole damn loaf. Brendan and Celesse are being cute as usual, but I loved seeing Solana and Danny actually make up from the shenanigans earlier that morning. In their own ways, of course. It was such a tiny incident in the grand scheme of everything that’s happened since then, but i’m glad I got to show the distance between a child’s world vs the complicated, often baggage-laden disputes of their older peers.

If only there was a Leftovers stinger with a huge “Danny and Brendan will return”. But alas, I suppose we’ll have to wait and see heheh

Oh hey, it’s Lysidia and Nelly! Sadi Wadi is a variant on Wink Wink, which is what my mom has very adamantly called me since god knows how long ago LOL And every year for my birthday she makes a big elaborate show on facebook of the fact that that is not going to ever change XD (not that I mind it, though <3)
