I found this way more fun to draw than I should have...But seriously, I was picking up heavy vibes between these two!

So, it wasn't until I finished the Broken Circle quest that I truly recognized how awesome of a pair these two would make.
And then I wrote a fic of them.
And then I searched for them on dA because I -knew- I couldn't be the only one who saw the potential.
And I am so happy to find things like these ~<3

That's odd... DA2 actually runs better on my laptop than DAO did. Did you try turning the graphics settings down? I ended up just using the DirectX 9 renderer instead of the 11.

Mm, not a graphics problem. Wrong kind of CPU. Though if I'm resourful enough I might be able to work around that.

(OH MY GOD YES. <3 <3 <3 They are totally one of my two OTPs, the other being Alistair/Jowan. I just... oh my god, Greagoir is so BROKEN when he thinks that he's going to lose Irving, or go after him and find him dead. But he still really wants someone to go look on the slim chance that he's alive and can be saved. And of course, he'll ONLY consider the Circle redeemable if you can bring Irving to him. And then he's all happy and SMILES and they totally have eye sex. <3)

Not to mention the line "I'm sure we'll be at each other's throats in no time!" That line totally convinced me the writers knew what they were doing building up the (sexual) tension like that!

Oh god, yes. They HAD to be aware of it, I just... there's no way they couldn't be. The second I saw that, I was like, "...they're the old married couple of the Circle, aren't they?" Playing the Mage Origin just confirmed it. Especially when Irving was all, "I need to go... talk, with Greagoir. >["
Soooooo much sexual tension, mmm. And you know they've been together for years, since they were young men. I like to think of Greagoir having ash brown hair, and Irving being this auburn-haired, brown-eyed tramp. And Greagoir ended up taming him, while Irving pulled the stick out of Greagoir's ass and replaced it with something else.
Because Greagoir is so Irving's bitch. >_>
