Well, Nebula would just be face (head) paint. In the movie, she was in a bodysuit that covered all. Gloves too I think, though you could certainly wear some either way. So the tricky thing with her is the bald cap yo uwould need. A tight, leather looking body suit, gloves, and boots would do the trick. Then the bald cap and knowing someone that could paint her design - as her face is not a uniform color.
With that in mind, you could do similar for Gamorrah. No need to show skin. Wear a flight suit and a wig. Paint your face green.
On the other hand, I bet your busy enough as it is
