If I thought for a moment that this was anything more than a thought experiment, I wouldn't be writing this comment, I'd be out combing the junk shops, nostalgia places and specialty stores of the world for a copy of this terrible thing. Because it would be awful. And magnificent. And I would want it like Gollum wants the Ring.

Heh, funny. I grew up with the twisted genius of Malcolm McLaren and all of his music innovation. Credit Warren Ellis for the spark of inspiration; all I did was make it pretty and horrible and messed up. Thanks for the good words. : )

Quite literally bumped into MM years ago outside Broadcasting House when we both attempted to occupy the same bit of pavement while waiting to cross the road, was expecting him to be a tw*t but he was utterly charming. I agree, a genius.

Wow, that's amazing. The longer his career went on, the more interesting it became. I really loved his "Paris" album, but my heart still loves "Duck Rock" above all the others. : )

Wow! You out did yourself on this one Paul. Love the look on Malcolm's face, and Johnny giving the finger is so appropriate. Double points on the round for including Annabella too.

Well, she was one of his more publicly known puppets, and I felt bad about not including her! Thanks for all the nice words!
