If you get around to posting a helmetless image of him, let me know, I'll take a look. The face looks pretty realistic from the angle shown, picture quality makes it look like something from a somewhat-older television show, like perhaps the later original Star Trek sort of picture quality. Or maybe it's just certain sizes of the view that make it look that way. Regardless, I still really like it. Not sure if Jordan, Isaac, Bethany, or Cierra ever played Time Splitters or Street Fighter games, but I got a couple of custom figures made from those two games, and will be posting some pictures of those two, along with others, tonight. If you feel like checking them out, I think they're very well-made.

Hi. You'll probably see it anyway, but I wanted to let you know I did take one of Loki without the helmet. The photo is a bit blurry (and not HD this time) but I think you can tell what he looks like okay in it.

If it weren't for the sight up the right arm to see the hand joint and the particular look of the neck, it would be hard to tell that it is a figure. Looks so incredibly real, and I really can't get enough of that weapon, and the armor. If I knew anything about that character, I'd have to try to get my hands on a figure like that one.

I'm not sure if that link will work. I uploaded one so that his hair would show. The hair is plastic, so it's not 100% realistic. I liked how they did the Black Widow figure with the life-like hair.

Well yeah, that's the one I commented on. xD That's pretty good quality, compared to the camera I use, then again mine is vaguely handicapped. I need a new one, however I keep prioritizing other projects.
Personally I always preferred the well-sculpted plastic hair options, then again what I work with mainly are 6" to 8" figures, so that would be natural. Though, I also like the Black Widow figure's hair - But with my lack of resources in this section of the 2014 stretch, I wouldn't be able to keep it on display unless it were in the box. I've never had a figure with hair-like hair instead of plastic hair, so I wouldn't know how to take care of it.

I know new cameras can be expensive. I wouldn't have my new one in my Kindle if the kids hadn't gotten it for me for my birthday. I wouldn't have the Loki, either. lol
We used to have a collector store here, and the kids loved looking at all the figures. They were used ones, but they always found something to add to their collection. Of course, they were mainly interested in playing with them at that time, so they are all well worn now.

I might have already mentioned that I have probably over a hundred and fifty action figures of my own, but I also have some in an old box that I used to use when I was a kid - They would still be in decent condition if it weren't for the fact that I got a little too crazy with the blue paint when I was younger. The problem with it was that the plastic on most of those figures wasn't the hard stuff - If for example someone jammed their fingernail into it, it would leave a temporary mark. Something about the paint rubbed off onto my fingers, which would rub off onto other parts of those figures, or other figures, making them physically unsightly.
I've never heard of a collector store. Sounds like a very easy way for someone like me to run out of money in just a few hours. xD Then again, I guess that is probably what eBay exists for now. Not that I can usually find what I'm looking for there either...

Yes, the kids got me the new Kindle Fire HDX, and the camera is pretty good. I wouldn't have
expected it to be that good, either. It's even got an HD setting for photos. I've been having fun
putting some pictures I'm taking with it on Instagram. Cierra and I got accounts there a little while
ago. She actually wanted to get an account because people were pretending to be her and making her
mad. lol She figured she may as well be on there so people couldn't do that any longer.

I might have to get one of those at some point, just because I find it hard to find the books that I want { actually moreso don't have a way to look for them, but I always find them right there on Amazon when I'm not looking for them... }. What I need is a camera with a button pad/remote. Mine has a defunct battery panel, which is always somewhat open, and on the bottom, just where I need it to not be. So when I press down on it to take a snapshot, if for example it's on a table or other surface, and am doing it in stop-motion fashion, vertical alignment is off. Not many people would notice it too well, but it's something I would notice on a massive scale.
I'm guessing Instagram is some sort of photo-post site? Or is there more to it? Also, shows that she's becoming famous. xD Still, I get where that could be obnoxious. As some wise guy somewhere probably in China once said - "Nobody can be you as well and efficiently as you can!"
Soon as I move out of here, I'm going to be posting a lot more images of my figures, as they will be at easier access. I'll probably do some 'figure comics', or something like that here. Ever notice how Youtubers often have some sort of animation, or maybe a skit, before, during, or after their video? Tobuscus, for example, has animated stuff on the side. I'm going to do a similar skit thing with my videos, however mine will be action figure animation, rather than graphic/art/etc. Don't think anyone else has tried it before...

Yes, Instagram is mainly photos and people can comment on them. I don't know
if she's famous, but she is getting some trouble makers for some reason. It seems
the world is full off them! lol
Your idea does sound unique. Sounds interesting and like something you would like doing.

Famous in a way. I mean, look at it this way - For the most part, the only three situations in which someone copies someone else online are stalking and so-forth, to draw that person toward that specific area, or because they are famous for something. And seeing as the VenturianTale channel has so many subscribers... Well, that one is a given. They all four have a fanbase behind them. And the way it sounds, they've progressed pretty well for how long they've been at it.
Toby's dog... xD I like how he does that as well. A friend of mine got me following him a while back, though I keep up more with Gabuscus' channel, despite that he doesn't have many videos. The channel I follow most often lately is Markiplier, mostly because he does a lot of really cool indie games that I plan to try out once I get my new system.

I have never seen Gabuscus' channel. I've definitely seen him,though.
The kids showed me Tobuscus a few years ago when he did a funny song
making fun of Farmville on Facebook. I look at him and iJustine once in awhile.
I like watching Justine play Call of Duty, but she doesn't do that all that often
these days. I've definitely heard of Markiplier. Oh, and I watch Rhett and Link, too.

I understand people who dislike a channel for logical reasons, though the sort of dislike I see about the Venturian channel doesn't make sense to me. First off, if something isn't funny or generally interesting, not watching it is a step that some of these people don't tend to take. Then they write a rant about it. Sometimes it sounds truly hateful. It's really a shame, because Jordan's channel is the most viewer-friendly one I have seen. They test a lot of really cool mods, give something brilliant to laugh at, and there's not a bunch of swearing and profane references.
Gabuscus doesn't have very many videos, but they are very well-made, and great to watch. Mostly stuff dealing with himself and food, or himself and youtube/fans.
Have only a few times heard of iJustine, never actually looked up. Haven't heard of Rhett and Link. I suppose I just like to watch a lot of videos from the same users I already watch, in order to catch the references. I hear a lot about the Game Grumps when I watch Markiplier, on a side note.
Does anyone in your family play League of Legends? I have a really small feeling that I might have seen it connect to Isaac at some point, but I'm not sure...Β

Yes, if someone doesn't like a channel, no one I forcing them to watch.
The kids all take it really well. I worry about that way more than they do.
They pretty much just ignore it as much as they can. Jordan warned me
it would be like this before he ever started. I guess he saw it coming.
I'm glad you enjoy the channel. Jordan was really hoping they could have
something that people could enjoy. Of course, every video is different, but
they just have fun with it and let it go however it goes.
There are so many YouTube channels. The kids are always mentioning
something I know nothing about. I tend to find something and only watch
that (like Tobuscus and iJustine). I have peeked at some of Ali-A's Call of
Duty videos, but other than that I pretty much just look at a couple. I don't
even watch those everyday -- just went I feel like it. I do watch all of the
VenturianTale ones (of course) lol
I did ask Isaac about League of Legends. He has heard of it but hasn't played
it yet. He has played some of the online games, like Halo Sphere and some others
I don't remember the names of.
