I don't know the deal, does Wolverine know that his real name is James or not? Why does he go by Logan and not James?Related content

Last I checked, leaving home was really traumatic so he lost his memories and thinks his name is logan, after a boy who used to bully him or something (I guess because that Logan was strong and he subconsciously wanted to be strong as well).
