What I notice more than the rest of the picture's details, is the way you made the dark areas and lights on the hair, it is quite fluid, and looks very natural, very realistic like, although it is still anime-manga styled. That's a really good combination, the visual effect is really cool, smooth and nice.
The skin coloring looks good too, the skin looks soft, probably because it ain't saturated, just the right amount of color in the right places.
