I can't believe I didn't do this this long ago
Gumi is my favorite vocaloid and I first drew her back in the summer of 2015. I only drew ponies at that time but I promised myself if I ever were to draw humans, I'd go back and do Gumi more properly and just now did I remember...This is the 2015 Gumi - hope some progress is visible

Thank you so much! :3 Yes with every new drawing I try to focus on a specific aspect that my art is lacking, with Gumi it was use of colors and anatomy.
Though I am satisfied for now with colors, I am going to focus even more on anatomy in the next few drawings.

Yup, That's how it should be..
You keep learning and keep growing, that's how an artist should be.
But let me tell you, learning the traditional rules doesn't mean you should be confined to it. So don't hesitate to find and explore your own style.
