I do the coloring at the same time as the drawing actually.. I draw it in color. I do a very brief sketch at first to get the composition down and an idea of the main characters, but all the rest is pretty much painted on the go

I love this so much--the golden, warm colors give this piece a wonderful autumn feel. I really love the vines and the banister, they're really detailed and graceful-looking.
This reminds me of the trick-or-treating event that my dad's office holds every year--employees' kids get to trick-or-treat from cubicle to cubicle, and the staff sets up a "haunted" cubicle for the kids to walk through. My brother and I went every Halloween.

it's a pretty fun birthday, not gonna lie. the only downside is you have an unnatural fixation with disney halloween movies. it's a small downside.
