Really lovely concept~ The warmth coming from the lamp looks so cozy, with all the surrounding blue!

Side note: Did you save this as .jpeg? It just looks a bit unnecessarily grainy. Try using .png for a sharper, truer image!

This is a fantastic description of how it feels like to be engrossed in your work as an artist. I personally find it very lonely work and part of me tends to avoid doing it (I very much dislike feeling alone), but the fact that you picked an ocean-y scene really encompasses how when you work on something creative, the outside world fades away and becomes distant, very much like hearing under water. Fantastic job! I really love the mix of cold on warm.
