I love the little bubbles covering her breasts. what a creative and fun way to use them. the colors of her hair and lower body/tail really pop out from the darkness of the water.

i think this is a really successful attempt to draw underwater lighting ;//v//; and miss seafox's hair feels like it almost glows~ its a really pretty illustration overall, especially with so many details and cute creatures x3
