hmm... if she's allergic to cats then this can be a (magic) twisted environmental suit of sort which will help her with this problem (at cost of freedom, but who cares as long as her roommate can have a pet(s) and she won't be cursing on what the earth stands while sneezing) or the catsuit can be a way to attract cats making her sneeze a lot - quite evil
