Everything's pretty much perfect though I could point a few things out.
On the right side of her neck, there should be a transparent hole where the mane's dark blue stroke doesn't fill. There's a little bump and an extra curve on the top right eyelash where it meets the white of her eye. There's a sharp point on the top left part of her left eyelash that should be a smooth node. The thin tapering ending on the left ear that reaches past her eyelash is probably not needed (it may appear in your reference image so that's fine).
If you can clean those out and add a link to the vector file on Sta.sh I'd like to add it to

If i did understand you right, I removed the imperfections on the eyes. Should look a little better now.
That hole on the right side of the neck.. was my first thought too, but it looks rather odd and I guess it should represent that the mane goes over it, behind that hole. Dunno how to describe it better, but imo it looks better this way. The tapering on the ear appears in my reference, so I keep it as it is.
Picture is updated and sta.sh file is on the way.
