The split tongue is especially appealing!
And you've got extra eyes! By that I mean, I usually see anti eyes as just one dot of green for the iris the rest is black, which I like, but I am also really appreciating that extra line you gave him. It gives more of a crazed look.
A crazed look that is especially dangerous because it and t of the face gives a feeling of manic thought interrupted by the viewer and suddenly you've caught the interest of this extremely dangerous demon/beast/THING.
and that added detail of the cut neck!
though it feels a little soft for a seam...does that make sense?

Yeah, I wanted to make him a bit... unique...
I wanted mine to stand out more without being too drastic
so I'm glad those were notice!!!
And yeah, I'm not really good with cuts, haha
This normally takes me about 4-6 hours to make these

Cuts are weird. They're hard to make look good because if they're too distinct then it look like a hole, and if they're too soft it doesn't look like it fits with the rest of the image.
