very cool, sorta like your own twist on the todd mcFarlane cover when he started on spider-man. I'd argue that you've reversed my critque of his cover. I think spidey's head is just a little bit to small (he's looking overly muscled) whereas todd made spideys head to big. I enjoyed this though, great webs.

You're crosshatching too much. Don't do it too all shadows, only on some. It goes a long way.
