To evolve Eevee to a Searian Vaporeon requires help from it's trainer because Searian Eevees don't like the cold, but seeing one in the wild is quite rare. As it is wild, it can be very dangerous for it can freeze any pokemon or person when it touches it's icicle horns. The Searian Vaporeon loves freezing things for fun, especially lakes and ponds. When owned by a trainer, it tries it's best not to freeze him/her. It can shoot icy beams from it's forehead horn towards it's enemies, and it can tuck away it's chest horns into it's body.
