Searian pokemon are alike the alolan pokemon. However, these kinds of pokemon are usually fire type and took different turns in adaptation. If not fire type, the pokemon is rather similar to the normal ones.

Leafeon - Bug/Grass - Effect spore/Overgrowth/Leaf Guard

It is smaller than a normal Leafeon. They use their tail to lure their bug prey, which it thinks it is a tasty snack. If not approached carefully, it will sting you and this will cause hallucinations. There is no cure but it will wore off soon. The Searian Leafeon prefers to work in a group of 5; one being the leader of the group. The leader defends the rest of the horde and is the one with the biggest wings. These pokemon ask first the owners of the orchard if it is allowed to eat the owner's berries growing in the fields. In winter, it buries itself deep underground to hibernate until spring.
