HII 8D so it's been a long who-know-how-long. BUT HERE'S A MEME OH MY GOODNESS WHAT. First off, sorry that i'm not a funny or inspirational person ; 3;

Most of these things do happen but some are exaggerated like that last one xD. It's a reference to the Emperor Nero in ancient Rome because that is one of the interpretations of his last words.

And as has noticed, YES, that is him in frames 3 and 4. Hopefully i did him justice and he actually looks like him o uo<3 He's one of the few people who actually can reach the bar at the top of the bus AND can stand steady when i'm clinging to them like a koala.

EDIT2: sorry for spamming you guys with these edits OTL;; but for the ringtones panel (the fourth one) the reference is to the Mikuru theme song from The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. Go youtube it when you have time because it's pretty lolzy xD.
