Okay, I know what I said in the first paragraph of my comment. If this fan-made version was for real, What exactly will I see in it? I never even heard of a homage until now.

an homage is a respectful reference to an existing work, as opposed to parody being a comedic reference of an existing work...
as for what this would have, I've no clue honestly, this pic was a commission to reference the movie's cover with their OC, nothing more.
