Hi everyone, I thought I would give you an update, but first, thank you all for your good wishes sent my way. I have yet to find a work yet, but most of his affairs are sorted and I'm working o my resume. So, I have six pieces in my backlog of paintings that if I'm lucky I will release every other week or so. Now on to the actual description -__-

I wanted to paint an all pearl fusion, because she is my favorite gem class. All the pearls are in there, pink, blue, yellow, and white. I know that when gems of the same class fuse they just make a bigger version of that gem ( Like the rubies ) but, I have been wondering if like the diamonds their fusion would work differently because of there different colors, like blue and pink diamond becoming Purple diamond. So all together they would make a different gem and I chose Lighting opal. I also consider making them becoming black pearl but, I think they would become the exact opposite of the diamonds being a rainbow rather than darkness. The design as based around a leather outfit and the origin of the pearl, which is that they are a slave race on homeworld. That why I put broken chains on her opals wrist. As for her skin, I wanted it to look like lighting was breaking out from underneath comprised of all the different colors of the pearls
