Since my dragon type eeveelution was murdered twice by firealpaca not responding, here is a ghost type eeveelution (Eerieon, like eerie.... better than spookeon)

Evolves from eevee by leveling at night while holding a spell tag.

Pokedex Entry 1: Eerieon is said to steal the memories of people and store them in the black jewel on its chest.
Pokedex Entry 2: Eerieon feeds off of the dreams and nightmares of people, if the dark wisps around it are large and luminous, it has fed recently.
