A collab with ~MatrixxHe drew the original sketch, and I turned it into this with Faber-Castell and Prismacolor colored pencils and watercolor

That might be the problem. the problem occurs at the step where I click the "mode" tab (custom or guided) and the little window thing pops up and tells me that the request could not be completed due to a "problem with the scanner" o.o.....
