Skillet FINALLY came to my hometown (or the city next to it... my hometown isn't even on the map). ANYWAYS... This is the awesome guitarist of the Christian rock band, Skillet. (Which I have been a panhead since Collide. W00T! VETERAN!)

Because I am in college and have no real money, I take my pictures with a nice digital, simple camera. It does pretty good for what I am able to do with it. Just the grain is terrible. Putting it on manual helps though.

It just goes to show you, if you know how to use a camera, you don't need a big fancy one to take artistic, reasonably ok pictures. ^_^

Well... guess what? I actually got to meet Ben Kasica this past week. I was interning in Nashville and I was just chillin' in the office hallway when he came walking down the hall. I looked up and was like "You look so dang familiar..." and my friend was freaking out. Ben was like "Sup guys! Having a good morning?" and that's when it hit me. I was like "HECK YEAH I'M HAVING A GOOD MORNING!" He spoke to us about being in the Christian Music industry for the right reasons; having your heart on God and not the fame. Doing what God has called you to do. It's no wonder this guy made it big with Skillet. He's extremely genuine and humble. It's not the skill that gets you that success. It's your heart.
