All I have for Raichu's are a Male and Female.
And the Female Raichu know Grass Knot.

Basicly it knows one to many Electric attacks.
It's moveset is Thunderbolt, Discharge, Thunder, and Dig.

I know. But it works for me most of the time since I never fight any Ground-types that often.
A least the Female's moveset is better Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Return, and Grass Knot.
